-»Your skin attached this fragile cliche
Of my broken heart attack.
Sloans eyes opened at exactly 4:26 AM. Well, according to the digital watch still on the wrist of the corpse laying beside her. She couldn't judge by the lighting wether it was right or wrong, nor did she care. She heard the sound of someone retching, and until she was spitting out the last remains of what she had eaten 2 days ago out of her own mouth, did she realize that it waas her. She felt something hard and heavy lying on her chest,,,, suffocating with its weight she shifted unfortably under it, realizing that it was a fallen metal door to one of those shitty apartments. The glass of the window on it had been shattered, and large peices of it had somehow managed to burry themselves within her arms. She fought the door off of her, but refused to sit up right awaay. god knows what other damage could and most probably would follow. She rolled herself carefully onto her stomache, wincing in pain as she realized that some of her ribs had obviously been cracked. Quivering hands rose up to her face to push herself away from the ashfault. She gasped for breath aas pain racked through her body, but she refused to let her body drop back down to rest upon the surface of the alley way. IN an hours time she had managed to stand with the help of the wall of the alley. She hands worsened in their clammy state as the advanced on the shards of glass burried in her arms. Every yelp was for the peice of glass she had jerked out, and when she was done she tasted the salt of her tears that had managed to escape her emerald pools.

Stay for a while.
She pushed herself from the wall lightly and started staggering down the narrow pass. She felt blood gathering at the corner of her rose bod lips, and rememebred that she had done that to herself when she bit her lip when tearing out the damned glass. WIping it away with the back of her hand she smeared it across her cheek, she choked on another sob. Forcing herself to shut up , she reached the street in silence. For that was all there was silence, well as silent as humanly possible. A small breeze brushed bast her ears which ruffled her hair. The ringing in her ears wouldn't shut up. The scuffling of her hightops would not quiet. and a building fell to her left. SIlence was a gift, and only when she was little and sinless with her mother gone had shed actually experianced it. She swore a silent little shit as she looked around.. Cars were upturned, more building had fallen, and there where corpses everywhere. Hands went to her arms rubbing them for for warmpth.
