With a triumphant little grin that her joke had gone through, she followed through to look at Brad. Nearly the same expression that her sister was giving the guy was being given by Savvy. Was he crazy? Why would anyone want to stay in a creepy place like this?
" Uum. I don't really think that now would be the best time to worry about your social life. " With a nod, she peeked out of the window again out of a habit. Moving over to the door, a hand rested on the knob. Clearly Savannah was just itchy to get out of this place.
" Are we ready to go? The quicker we get out of here the better. This place is just creepy . . . " A visibly shudder ran down the length of her spine at that. Not to mention how much more louder that screetching of rats from beneath the stairs was getting.

He smirked slightly "Not scared are you?" he chuckled "And you dont have to worry about me. I lived on the streets all my life" he smiled slightly to them "And who knows, maybe we will meet up again" he winked at them brushing some hair out of his eyes as he walked to the door and with a turn he smiled again and gave a slight wave to them "Just remember to look in the shadows, you might catch me" with that he headed out of the house but just hid not so far away, he was going to stick up to his plan and follow them, they were right, but he was more of a shadow then anything to anyone, he wondered why they cared so much if he whent out on his own or not...

x Vision casted upon the figure of Savvy as she crossed her path on the way to the awaiting door. In all truth, Lydi was ready to get out of this place too, especially since they didn't know what else lingered in the darkness of the other floors. And frankly, Lydi really didn't want to find out.
Slender brow perked as Brad crossed her path as well, cutting in front of Savvy to exit. Perplexing expression laid upon toned flesh as Brad exited the building. Sigh lingered upon pursed lips, shrug of her shoulders at his decision. Well.. at least they had eachother. Booted feet carried Lydi across the decaying floor, heels scraping out of laziness as she waited for Savvy to pull the door open.
"I guess we'll see what happens.. Ready Savvy?"

She watched with perched brows as he the guy took his life into his own hands. As he exited, a foot was stuck out to catch the door before it could close. Watching him leave with a single shrug of her shoulders, she looked back to the other two.
" Well, let's go. " The door was pulled open and held as Savannah was first to exit. The air that slapped against her face gave her an uncomfortable shiver. As she headed down the stairs from the front of the house, she began to dig through that shoulder mesh backpack. Finally she found just what she had been looking for.
" Check this out. Kick ass, no? I found it in the landlord's 'secret' hiding place. " The silver Desert Eagle had been withdrawn and held within the safe grip of Savvy's right hand. Holding it up, she showed off the apparently babied weapon in all of it's silvery glory. She wasn't about to take a chance in a dead and deserted town like this.
When the stick snapped, Savvy was close to point that gun in the direction of the noise until she saw whom it was that had broken it. Ah, Brad! With a little sigh and closing of her eyes in relief, she lowered her gun. With an approved nod, it would be good that he came with them instead of ventured out on his own. They really needed to stick together.
Instead of having to walk no telling how many miles, an abandoned gray Civic was parked on the opposite side of the street. It looked empty, and Savvy knew how to hot wire a car. Stopping, she turned her head to look at Lydi with that twinkle within the depths of cobalt eyes. With a glance to the car, there was a moment of silence to see if her twin approved of what Savannah was plotting. Take the car and spare the walking! The true American way!

Following her sister through the open door, chilling wind swept through her bodice like thousands of knives stabbing at her vulnerable flesh. Since when had it gotten so cold? Trudging down the stairs, smirk found her lips when the shiny weapon danced before her eyes. How clever Savvy was..
And something her sister didn't know, was that Lydi had purchased her own firearm one afternoon after they had moved into the apartment. Seriously... two 18 year old females, living alone in a rather bad part of town.. without any kind of protection.. Get real. But she had not the chance to show her toy, for the sound of breaking wood... and a cocked pistol found her ears. Circles darted toward the shadowy form of Brad as he appeared through darkness, the redness beginning to burn over his flesh.
"With those kind of skills Brad.. I'd take you anywhere just to take advantage of your stealth skills. Well done..." Sarcastic of course, no smile visible though upon sun-kissed facade. Always seeming the more uptight one, Lydi rarely found anything to laugh at. Especially not in this kind of situation.
But the smarts of her sister never failed to impress her, for she caught that twinkle of Savvy's when the silver car came into view. Of course.. screw the walking.
"Get on it. Brad.. I'm glad you changed your mind."
Hurried footsteps echoed across the asphalt, skin alive with tingles as the adrenaline rushed forth.

" Yeah, well, you're trusting cars this time. " No way were they going to be walking. Hell, they could if they wanted but Savannah would be driving. The tire was flat, but it would get them there at least. The back door was opened, Brad was grabbed and actually shoved inside. No wasn't an answer in this situation.
After the door had been shut on him, she gave a smooth run and slid across the hood of the car to the passenger side. Opening the door and climbing in, she shut her door and locked it just for good measure. The ignition was tugged and finally pulled out. Wires spilling out everywhere and she fumbled with a few them. With a deep concentration and more working, the car started!
Ah, yes. She was a genius. Not need in hiding it. Scooting the driver's seat up some to be able to reach the steering wheel, foot pressed threateningly against the gas petal while the car was still in park. Rewarded with that 'vrooom' noise, she bounced impatiently as everyone got in.
Perhaps now would be a bad time to mention that she had her license taken away for wreckless driving?

Scoff sounded as Savvy shoved Brad into the car. She herself, threw open the passenger side door and got inside. Slamming the door shut, she too found the lock a great investment.. and locked it quickly. Eyes slid to her sidemirror, finding Brad safely inside.. Damn, child-proof locks were awesome inventions!
Muffled laughter found the silence, index finger of her left hand coming to fiddle with the center piercing on her lip. Slinking further into the seat, vision swept over their surroundings for any signs of possible problems. None seen, she giggled at the fact Savvy was driving. Maybe not the smartest thing.. but hey, she wasn't about to complain.
"To Wal-Mart!"

" Yeah, well, that can be arranged if you don't get in and shut the hell up! " This kid was just testing her nerves. Savannah literally jumped into the back seat, fidgetted with the lock and opened the door. After the door had been open, hands grabbed Brad's clothes, and she jerked him inside.
After he had been pulled inside and the doors locked back after a request made to her sister, she climbed back up in the driver's seat. " Now . . . " She huffed and threw the gear shift in drive. Foot mashed down against the gas and with an intimidating look to the road ahead, off they went to Wal-Mart!

Cassie remained silent, although ears were alert with every piece of conversation. In the darkness, crown nodded at the decision..lips keeping sown for now..She would speak eventually..it was hard for her..never having to live like this before..Her world had suddenly crashed with this rather tragic turn of events..and although she felt..anxious if not nervous..she would not spoil "companionship" or acqauintance whatever this congregation might be.
Her sullen mood obviously well over limbs animated after them, pools immediately catching the creeping figure of Brad well before the crack of a twig alerted the others. Lips tore to speak..yet nothing was uttered..it seemed the growing silence had swallowed her up and now she simply trudged on after them to some place called Wal-mart..of course she had never been there.."Ya'll will probably think this stupid..but what exactly is Wal-Mart?" It was unanimous..she was a total idiot..Hand strided to brush aside the constant interverance of scarlet curls from ruining view of encompassment. As they reached the car, pools popped at the thing..almost nodding in agreement with Brad's sudden stubborness..but thought better of it rather quickly.
Again silence reigned and she awaited the actions of the others before speaking. Usually social her friends would have thought this..uncanny if not totally bizarre..Cassandra Stevens..daughter of one of the richest men in town..quiet? that was before of course..now she was nobody..just one of the few who roamed these ruined realms. Crown lowered slightly, in thought. "Do you think we will find anybody else?"

Savannah didn't even stop when Brad threw himself out of the window. If he wanted to risk his life with zombies and God knows what else was running around, then that was his decision. Savannah certainly didn't come up to par with playing care taker. Nothing was given but a look out of the rear-view mirror. Frowning deeply, she suddenly felt bad. But he was a prick, so fine. Savvy wasn't the kind to apologize first. It just . . . wasn't her.
" That kid is just fucking . . . stupid. " Was all that was mumbled about that subject. The car drove off in the direction of the store, her stomach turning all the more with the thought of leaving Brad before the girl spoke. Oh! She could talk! All this time Savvy thought that maybe she didn't. Well, excluding that one time when they all just first met.
" You don't know what Wal-Mart is? Are you European or something? Well, it's this store for us poor folk. " Yeah, Savannah knew the girl. Well, somewhat. She had seen her around before. She knew who her father was. With a wink given in the rear-view mirror followed shortly by a grin, her attention fell back upon the road. Everything looked so depressing and just . . . abnormal. Everyone was gone without a trace. And no one could remember anything about anything!
Speaking out loud, she was thinking at the same time. Brad had long since faded from view, and the driver was feeling guilty. To the point where she actually cared for the poor kid. His ego would be the death of him if he wasn't careful. " Do you all think that Brad'll be okay? I mean, I'm starting to feel really bad for the little douche. Should we go back and get him? " Douche. Nice nickname, no?

He smirked and with his hands behind his head he started walking toward where the Wal-Mart was. He started humming to himself, only a few sreatches where on him, but they where nothing to what happened to him in the past, as he walked his boots thumped on the cracked road, chains on his pants jingled slightly, he hummed softly some more, hair hanging in his eyes
